Macarons are the perfect bite-sized treats for any party or just for yourself when you are craving something sweet but are not in the mood for cake. Macarons are crunchy yet chewy Gluten Free* cookies filled with a rich filling of your choice. They are versatile and I can tailor them to suit the color palette, taste preference, and design of your event.

Flavors
Below are some of my popular flavors. This list is not comprehensive and I am constantly experimenting and introducing new flavors. If you have a particular flavor combination you would like for a custom cake please let me know and I will do my best to make it.

Macarons taste best at room temperature or slightly chilled – the ganache is creamy, and the shells are nice and chewy! Macarons will keep well for up to 4 days after purchase, though they do need a little special care! To preserve freshness, plastic wrap the box or transfer the macarons to an airtight container. Take them out of the refrigerator about 30 minutes before serving to enjoy them at room temperature.
*Though Macarons are gluten-free, they are made at a facility that handles nuts and other allergens.
